Types of Test Machines
Non-Compression Valve Test Machines: This is one of the simplest non-compression valve test machines. This is a screw type non-compression test stand. Non-compression means, it virtually has no clamping pressure on the valve, which ensures no chance of damage due to clamping or any other reason. The clamping is done just by the manual force applied through the screw rods. This structure comes with a hydro-pneumatic system that delivers a pressure of 700 kg/cm2 through intensifiers, which is converted to a load of 160 tones at the structure. All our valve test stands come with priming pumps for reduced lead times.
Non-Compressing Type Valve Test Stand: This is a state of the art non-compressing type valve test stand, which is well equipped with advanced controls through PLCs. It can be readily connected to Data Acquisition Systems providing effective data logging. All the controls are easily accessible to the operator. The mechanism of clamping the bunk to the valve allows valves of different sizes to be tested in one setup. This machine is specially designed for flanged valves. The whole clamping load acts between the bunk and the holding piece with the flange sandwiched between them. Hence even at a load of 100 tones, does not cause any considerable distortion to any part of the valve due to clamping.
600 Tone Valve Testing Machine: This is a simple 600 Tone Valve testing machine controlled using Programmable Logic Controller. This machine has one bunk stationary and the other bunk moving so as to hold varied sizes of valves. The clamping force is provided with a bunk attached to the moving column. This clamping takes place hydraulically.
